Renovation and Addition
The owner has a fun outgoing personality and we wanted to make a large impact with a modest budget. The building was originally 900 sf enclosed with an approximately 500 sf patio. We added a 300 sf smoker area.
The building had been an ice cream shop for thirty years and we were looking for something that made it obvious it had a new life and reflected the fun casual atmosphere of the restaurant.
