Dublin, Ohio
Originally built in 1860 the building had undergone numerous bad additions and renovations. Leaving it with structural problems and details that did not fit into the context of the neighborhood.
The goal was to correct the details to more contextually appropriate ones while using more durable materials.
The original structure was timber framed with rafters that still had the bark on them. These became a featured element in the conference room.
