The 22,500 sf building was previously a Sears Hardware Store. The facade was removed and redesigned to give it a less dated look.
The building was converted into a multi-tenant retail space. I was responsible for design development, construction documents and construction administration as an independent contractor. The design was by David Keyser. The Architect of Record is Lusk Architecture.
