Moe’s Original Bar B Que is a casual dining restaurant that serves southern barbecue. The restaurant is a chain, but the design guidelines allow for the franchisee to put their own personality in the design of the space.
The restaurant is located in a revitalized building in downtown Newark. The building has an art gallery for Denison University and a music venue on the second floor. To compliment the atmosphere of the rest of the building the client wanted to add artistic elements to their space which is manifested by the sculptural light fixtures, tables and murals.
